Meet Kodiak Foley

Kodiak Foley, the Real Estate Doggo grew up watching his mom, Madeline, expertly navigate real estate transactions every day. Naturally, Kodiak picked up the basics of real estate early, becoming her enthusiastic sidekick and specializing in assisting the military with PCS moves. From sniffing out the best opportunities to offering emotional support during the chaos of moving, Kodiak is a real estate doggo like no other.

 

Over the past few years, Kodiak has helped "close" over 100 bones, proving his knack for finding treats and treasures alike. Not only is Kodiak an alleged professional, but he is also eager to contribute to the community. Kodiak has become a local favorite in Imperial Beach. He proudly leads pet-friendly events and helps Madeline promote local initiatives like “Bark in the Park" and "Reindeer Dash." Kodiak's favorite pastimes include visits to the Coronado Cays Dog Park, chasing cats (strictly for fun, of course), and accompanying Madeline on walks along Coronado Bay. Kodiak embodies loyalty, energy, and the community-first spirit that makes him a beloved figure in the neighborhood—and the ultimate real estate doggo!
